and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act: 50 U.S.C. c. 50 § 3901 (et seq):
Freedom Mortgage Corporation
claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in Wareham, numbered 21 Camardo Drive, given by Jessica Rodriguez to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for First Home Mortgage Corporation dba First Home Mortgage Services, dated April 4, 2025, and recorded at Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 59832, Page 77, and now held by the plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant’s/Defendants’ Servicemembers status.
If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. If you object to a foreclosure of the above-mentioned property on that basis, then you or your attorney must file a written appearance and answer in this court at Three Pemberton Square, Boston, MA 02108 on or before December 15, 2025 or you may lose the opportunity to challenge the foreclosure on the grounds of noncompliance with the Act.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Wareham Board of Health will hold a public hearing to discuss proposed changes in the Town Portable Toilets Regulations.
The changes may include but not be limited to: All temporary/portable toilets are to be placed on level ground and emptied every 24 hours. No portable toilet shall be located or maintained without a valid permit issued by the Board of Health for its placement at the site within the Town.
It is ordered: That a virtual public hearing be held on said regulations within the Board of Health Meeting at approximately 5:00 p.m. on the 19th of November, 2025. Meeting to be held in room 27 at 54 Marion Road, as well as via remote access. A copy of the proposed changes is on file with the Town Clerk’s office.
