Does the name Besse ring any bells?

The Wareham Historical Society is hosting a program by Tim Martin, Falmouth Genealogical Society President, about an 1873 ship, the W. H. Besse Monday, Sept. 15 at 7 p.m.

The program will be held at the Methodist Meeting House at 495 Main Street in Wareham and is free to Wareham Historical Society members and $2.00 for non-members. Refreshments will be served following the presentation.
