Spend a day on the trails

Brave the cold, wintery conditions with the Wareham Land Trust as they host their first February trail day.

The event is taking place Tuesday, Feb. 4 from 9 to 11 a.m. and they will be trimming back the trails at Douglas S. Westgate conservation area.

The land trust asks anyone interested in participating to bring their own work gloves and tools will be provided.

Water, bug spray, sunscreen and appropriate woods attire is encouraged.

The land trust will meet at 29 Papermill Road before the trail day starts.
