Notice is hereby given under Chapter 148, Section 13, of the Massachusetts General Laws, that Dead River Company LLC, d/b/a Roby’s Propane Gas, 878 County Road, West Wareham MA 02576, has applied to the Select Board for an Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) Use License for the keeping, storage and sale of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Ultra Low Sulfur and Diesel Fuel in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 148 of the General Laws, as described below:

Occupancy/Use of Buildings:Commercial
Type of Fluid Stored: Propane

To the named Respondent and all other interested persons, a petition has been filed by Michael F. Gullbrants of Buzzards Bay MA in the above captioned matter, alleging that Robert J. Tully is in need of a Guardian and requesting that Michael F. Gullbrants of Buzzards Bay MA (or some other suitable person) be appointed as Guardian to serve on the bond.

The petition asks the court to determine that appointment of a Guardian is necessary and that the proposed Guardian is appropriate. The petition is on file with this court and may contain a request for a certain specific authority.
