Tillman to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan, its successors and assigns, dated August 28, 2006 and recorded with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds at Book 33302, Page 160, subsequently assigned to HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-D, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-D by MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN, its successors and assigns by assignment recorded in said Plymouth County Registry of Deeds at Book 42580, Page 303 for breach of the conditions of said Mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing same will be sold at Public Auction at 2:00 PM on July 10, 2025 at 15 Charlie Avenue, Wareham (Onset), MA, all and singular the premises described in said Mortgage, to wit:
