Premises described as: 1,200 sq ft establishment, one floor with two (2) entrances, three (3) exits, seating capacity 50. Notice is hereby given that the Wareham Board of Health will hold a public hearing to discuss 1B Emma Lane. Following the identification of certain violations to the State Sanitary Code at the property, a public hearing is being conducted pursuant to 105 CMR 410.650(D), to vote and discuss issuing a Finding whether the residence is unfit for human habitation and whether the Finding results in an order to condemn, secure, and vacate the property. The occupant(s), owner, or any other affected person will be given the opportunity to be heard, to present witnesses or documentary evidence and to show why the residence or portion thereof should or should not be found unfit for human habitation, and why an order to vacate and an order to secure should or should not be issued.
The hearing may include but not be limited to: Condemning, securing and vacating the property.
