The Wareham Historical Society is hosting its annual ice cream social from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Methodist Meeting House, 495 Main Street.
Admission is $5 and children under 12 enter for free.
This year, the historical society is hosting Tom and Sheila Monaghan, who will lead attendees in a sing-along program of classic American historic tunes from the 1700s to present time.
The building will be air-conditioned with new comfortable chairs.
