Dorothy Zine, affectionately known as “Sittoo”, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on September 3,2025, in Wareham Massachusetts, she brought a vibrant spirit and fierce love of life to all who knew her.

Jackie was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Zine, fondly remembered as “Big T” their bond was one of love, strength and devotion, and his memory remained close to her heart throughout her life.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Lisa and her husband Michael Varano, Thomas Zine Jr., and her son Richard and his wife Sharon Zine.

Her presence will be missed by her ten grandchildren. Paul, Kayla, Shane, Nico, Gabriella, Chantell, Ashley, Brandon, Cassidy and Richelle. Her four great granddaughters, Aubree, Mila, Paisley and Skylar.

Jackie was a true spit fire -feisty and tough with a heart full of joy. She had an infectious zest for life that made every moment spent with her memorable. Whether she was playing bingo, or playing cards with friends, spending time with her family, taking scenic rides, or soaking up the sun at the beach.

Jackie embraced each day with her fun loving charm. Her past times reflected her lively personality. She found joy in simple pleasures, laughing over a hand of cards, doing word searches, feeling the ocean breeze.

Services will be private. A Mass in her honor will be held October 18,2025, 10am at St. Patrick’s Church for her family & friends to gather in remembrance of a woman who spark lit up a room.
