Wareham graduates win Cape Verdean culture center's scholarships

Gabreilla Perry and Drayson Andrade won the Oak Grove Cape Verdean Cultrual Center's Mary v. Rose scholarship this year.

The scholarship is to help ease monetary obligations for the town's high school graduates as they strive toward academic goals.

Perry is studying psychology at Salem State University, working toward a degree in child therapy.

Andrade is attending New England College for a fine arts degree in comic art design.
