Trail along with the Land Trust

It's time to get some hands dirty. 

The Wareham Land Trust will host a trail workday Tuesday, April 7, at the Douglas S. Westgate Conservation Area, 29 Papermill Road.

Volunteers will repair bog boards and a bridge, maintain trails and clear fallen trees. The group will meet at 10 a.m. at the Papermill Road parking area and work until about noon.

Participants are encouraged to bring work gloves and may bring tools such as loppers, clippers or saws, though some tools will be provided. Organizers also recommend water, sunscreen, bug spray, appropriate work clothing and waterproof footwear.
