WAREHAM – Ronald F. Beal, Sr., 82, of East Wareham died Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at Tobey Hospital in Wareham. He was the husband of the late Josephine L. (Brady) Beal.

Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Katherine (Horgan) Beal. He was raised in Roxbury and Dorchester before moving to Brockton, and then Wareham in 1976. He was a manager for Allied Auto Parts in Carver.

Mr. Beal was a simple man, and enjoyed reading, watching musicals and movies and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his daughter, Terry Beal of Fall River, his sons, Brian Beal of Braintree and Ronald F. Beal, Jr. of Nantucket; his sister, Catherine Schultz of E. Wareham and 6 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister, the late Beverly Beal.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at Chapman Funerals & Cremations – Wareham, 2599 Cranberry Hwy. (Rt. 28), Wareham from 10 to 11 AM. A funeral service will follow at 11 AM. Burial will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Wareham.
