Robert E. Frizzell, 58, of E. Wareham, formerly of Hanson, died Sunday, November 29, 2020 at his home unexpectedly.

Born in Boston, he was the son of Raymond F. and Joanne (Connelly) Frizzell of Plymouth.  Mr. Frizzell graduated from Whitman-Hanson Regional High School, Class of 1980. A longtime resident of Hanson, he moved to Wareham in 2007. He worked as a press operator for many years.

Mr. Frizzell enjoyed golf and riding his motorcycle. He was a fan of Boston sports teams, especially the Boston Bruins, and was a youth hockey referee. He loved to laugh and was always the life of the party.

Survivors include three sons, Robert E. Frizzell, Jr. of Pembroke, Michael P. Frizzell of Wareham and Daniel R. Frizzell of Boston; his parents, Raymond and Joanne Frizzell of Plymouth; his sister, Maryellen Covell of Plymouth; his brother, Raymond Frizzell of Melrose; his grandson, Jackson Frizzell, and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Hwy. (Rt. 28), Wareham on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020 from 4 – 7 p.m.  (Appropriate COVID-19 protocol will be observed including the use of face masks, social distancing and wait times in line due to temporary limited capacity). Funeral services and burial will be private.
