The Swifts Beach Improvement Association is selling personalized pickets made from recycled milk jugs to raise money for new equipment and upgrades at the Joseph w. Conway Sr. Playground at Swifts Beach.

A similar fundraiser proved successful for the 2020 Lopes Playground rehabilitation.

The pickets cost $50 each, and the association suggests that personalized pickets could make a nice holiday gift. 

Each picket can fit 22 characters, including spaces, hyphens, characters, and symbols. All names will be engraved in all capital letters. The pickets will be cedar-colored with dark green lettering. 

To purchase a picket, print out the order form attached to this story online and mail the form, along with a check made payable to “SBIA - Park” to the Swifts Beach Improvement Association, P.O. Box 30, Wareham, MA 02571.
