The petition asks the court to determine that the Respondent is disabled, that a protective order or appointment of Conservator is necessary, and that the proposed Conservator is appropriate. The petition is on file with this court.

By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by BRIAN FRANCIS to DAVID A. GAMACHE and DARLENE GAMACHE, said mortgage being dated June 27, 2022 and recorded with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 56959, Page 48, of which mortgage the undersigned, DAVID A. GAMACHE and DARLENE GAMANCHE, are the present holders, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same, will be sold at Public Auction at 11:00 o’clock A.M. on June 16, 2026, on the premises below described being located at 11 Mayflower Avenue, Wareham, Massachusetts, the above premises will be sold subject as above and subject to and/or with the benefit of any and all outstanding tax titles, municipal or other public taxes, assessments, liens, restrictions, easements, improvements, covenants, or claims in the nature of liens, and existing encumbrances of record created prior to the aforesaid mortgages, if any there be: The land with the buildings thereon, located in Wareham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts known as Fearing Park described as follows: Being a certain parcel of land situated southerly from the road leading from Wareham to Great Neck, so-called on the southerly side of Mayflower Avenue and shown as lot numbered F80 on a plan of Fearing Park recorded in Plymouth Registry of Deeds Plan Book 1 Page 873. Said premises will also be sold subject to all leases and tenancies having priority over said mortgages, to tenancies or occupation by persons on the premises now and at the time of said auction which tenancies or occupation are subject to said mortgage, to rights or claims in personal property installed by tenants or former tenants now located on the premises and also to all laws and ordinances including, but not limited to, all building and zoning laws and ordinances, if any.

A petition has been presented to said Court by Janelle Carlson of Wareham, in the County of Plymouth, representing that she holds as tenant in common an undivided part or share of certain land lying in Wareham, in said County and briefly described as follows:

The Town of Wareham is seeking and accepting sealed proposals for materials to build a Denitrifying Woodchip Bioreactor at the Wareham Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF). Proposals will be accepted at the Wareham Water Pollution Control Facility, 6 Tony’s Lane, Wareham, MA 02571 until 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, June 11, 2026. Proposals not submitted on original bid forms shall be deemed non-responsive. Proposal submissions must be made in a sealed envelope clearly marked Woodchip Bioreactor Materials – Wareham Water Pollution Control Facility - 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 11, 2026. The Town of Wareham assumes no liability for proposals mistakenly opened due to improperly labeled envelopes and will return same to bidder without notice.
Proposal and specification documents may be obtained from the Wareham Water Pollution Control Facility at the above address and on the Town of Wareham’s website, https://www.wareham.gov/bids.aspx after 4:00 pm., Thursday May 14, 2026. The Water Pollution Control Facility Director, Scott Kraihanzel, will be accepting questions via email at skraihanzel@wareham.ma.us until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

ORDER OF NOTICE BY PUBLICATION
TO: Christy’s of Cape Cod, LLC, its successors and assigns, and Aurora Loan Services, Inc., its successors and assigns.
You are hereby notified that a civil action has been filed by the above-named plaintiff in which you are named as a defendant, wherein they are seeking alternative service of process by publication. This action concerns a property known and numbered as 62 High Street, Wareham, MA 02571 (the “Property”). Said Property is described in the deed recorded with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 16266, Page 101.
Plaintiff filed the complaint seeking a declaratory judgment concerning title to the Property. Specifically, the Plaintiff seeks to quiet title to 62 High Street, Wareham, MA, and obtain a declaratory order that the mortgages held by the above-named parties have been discharged. Said mortgages are recorded with the Registry in Book 16266, Page 102 and Book 29433 Page 240. This will have the effect of removing the cloud on title that currently exists due to the lack of effective discharges. This complaint may be examined at the Plymouth County Superior Court, or a copy obtained from plaintiff’s attorney.
If you intend to make any defense, you are hereby required to serve upon the plaintiff’s attorney, Shannon F. Slaughter, Esq., Dalton & Finegold, LLP, whose address is 34 Essex Street, Andover, MA 01810 an answer to the complaint on or before the 10th day of July, 2026, next, the return day, hereof, and a copy thereof must be filed in this court on or before said day.
If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for relief demanded in the complaint. Unless otherwise provided by Rule 13(a), your answer must state as a counterclaim any claim which you may have against the plaintiff which arise out of the transaction or occurrence that is the subject matter of the plaintiffs’ claim, or you will thereafter be barred from making such claim in any other action.
It appearing to this Court that no personal service of the Complaint has been made on the defendants identified herein above that after diligent search Plaintiffs can find no such persons upon whom they can lawfully make service, it is ORDERED that notice of this suit be given to them by publishing a copy of this notice once in (1) the Wareham Week, a newspaper of general circulation in Wareham, MA, where the Property is located, (2) the Barnstable Patriot, a newspaper of general circulation in Hyannis, MA, where the last known address of Christy’s of Cape Cod, LLC was located, and (3) the Scottsbluff Star-Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in Scottsbluff, NE, where Aurora Loan Services, Inc. was last headquartered, once a week for three (3) successive weeks, the last publication to be at least 20 days before the above responsive pleading due date.
