Medeiros to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., dated March 3, 2011, and registered at Plymouth County Registry District of the Land Court as Document No. 675301 and noted on Certificate of Title No. 115754, and now held by the plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant’s/Defendants’ Servicemembers status.
