Mr. Sullivan is a senior research fellow at The Fletcher School at Tufts University. His new book, The Blue Revolution: Hunting, Harvesting, and Farming Seafood in the Information Age, examines the transformation of commercial fishing in the 21st century, with a special focus on New England as a model for the fishing industry in the United States and beyond.
