Join the Wareham Land Trust and Stella Maris Yoga Studio for an outdoor yoga session focusing on mindfulness and nature.

The session will be held Thursday, Sept. 11 at the Douglass S. Westgate conservation area, 29 Papermill Road from 10 to 11 a.m.

All skill levels are welcome and outdoor yoga sessions will be held every Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. until Oct. 23.

The land trust recommends bringing a yoga mat or towel, water, comfortable clothing and bug spray.
