The annual ArtWeek of the SouthCoast is on the horizon with events in Wareham sure to draw a crowd.

As artists of all mediums come together across the SouthCoast to celebrate with hands-on, interactive or behind-the-scenes access to the creative process, Wareham is gearing up for a palette full of artistry. 

The 1883 Lounge at 167 Onset Avenue will host a series of musicians every Thursday  throughout the month of May with Thursdays Unplugged. The events will go from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m and have no cover for entry. 

Michael Paul Brennan will perform May 1, Bobby Paluzzi will perform May 8, Scott Philie will perform May 15 and Johnny Fuzek will perform May 22.
