SBG East Coast will offer a free women’s self-defense seminar to train women on the essentials of self-defense on Saturday, Nov. 2, from noon to 2 p.m.

The seminar will be led by SBG’s instructor, Anick Bernier at Straight Blast Gym East Coast on 14 Kendrick Rd., Wareham. 

The Warrior Woman Self-Defense Seminar is free to the public but registration is required.
