Wareham candidates to make their case ahead of town election

With town elections approaching, get to know the candidates for Select Board and School committee at candidates night being held April, 30 at 6 p.m. in the Multi-Service Center room 520 located at 54 Marion Road.
The six Select Board hopefuls and the unopposed School Committee candidate will answer questions and make their case for a seat in an event moderated by Wareham Week and recorded by Wareham Media.
At 6 p.m. the lone School Committee candidate Roger Bonin will answer questions and address the town.
Following Bonin at 6:20 p.m. will be the three candidates, Marcus Gomes, Richard Coletti and Robert Powilatis, vying for the one, two year unexpired term on the Select Board left vacant by Sherri Quirk, who announced her resignation effective May 5.
The three will answer questions and make their case as to why they deserve the seat.
Beginning at 7:10 p.m., the three candidates, incumbent Jared Chadwick, Joseph Still and Mark Swan will make their case as to why they deserve one of the two available three year seats on the Select Board.
