Walt’s Mobile Closet brings free clothing event to town

Walt’s Mobile Closet will hold its fourth annual women’s essentials event on Saturday, May 16, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Gleason Family YMCA, 33 Charge Pond Road. 

The event will provide free, gently used items including clothing, shoes, bras, toiletries and jewelry. The closet will also distribute purses filled with self-care items and offer access to community resources focused on women’s needs.

Walt's Mobile Closet is an organization that provides free, gently used clothing, shoes and toiletries to people in need along the SouthCoast.
