The Onset VFW at 4 Gibbs Ball Park Rd. will be hosting its sixth annual Christmas Dinner for seniors, veterans and people in need from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 18.

The VFW is seeking “any and all donations you may drop off” at the Onset VFW Bunker Lounge every Wednesday to Sunday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. 

The group specifically listed clothing, batteries, socks, food certificates, coats, hats and gloves as items people might consider donating. Monetary donations will also be accepted.
