Trivia night and scary stories at the Wareham Free Library

Sep 16, 2022

Scary stories and trivia are on the schedule for October at the Wareham Free Library.

Join them on Tuesday, Oct. 4 at 7 p.m. for Challenge Trivia. DJ Ooch and his brother Nick make this competition fun for everyone. Whether a team of 1 or a team of 5, grab your friends, enlist your family, challenge your colleagues, it's an evening of trivia for all. Program is free and no registration is required. Sponsored by the Friends of the Wareham Free Library.

On Thursday, Oct. 6, The Wareham Free Library teams up with the Wareham Land Trust to bring you Big Ryan's Tall Tales "Not So Scary" Campfire Stories. This event will take place at the WLT's Whitlock's Landing property, located at 150 Glen Charlie Road.

Participants will enjoy making s’mores while listening to some "Not So Scary" campfire stories. Appropriate for all ages. Though some benches are available, it is recommended that participants bring their own chairs. Event will be held inside (sans firepit) at the Wareham Free Library should the weather not cooperate.

Watch the library and land trust web pages for day-of-updates. Program is free but, to ensure enough s'mores supplies, registration is recommended at http://warehamlandtrust.org/category/events or by calling the library at 508-295-2343. Sponsored by Friends of the Wareham Free Library and the Wareham Land Trust.
