Let's talk trash and make Ware ham more clean.
Keep Ware ham Beautiful, an offshoot of the Keep Massachusetts Beautiful organization aimed at cleaning up towns, is organizing a community clean-up from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 11. Those interested in particpating in clean-up can work in their own neighborhoods, streets and specific hot spots.
Gloves, trash bags, litter pickers and safety vests are available. Those interested in participating, finding an area to clean and future volunteer opportunities can visit instagram.com/keepwarehambeautiful/ and register to join in on Saturday.
This community cleanup is part of the effort through Keep Massachusetts Beautiful, focusing on litter prevention, beautification and education. Communities across the state like Foxboro, Westport and Norton will be hosting clean-ups concurrently.
