Tonianne M. Patterson, 48, of Middleboro, formerly of Wareham, died Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Tobey Hospital after suffering injuries from an automobile accident.

Born in Barnstable, she was the daughter of Anthony Patterson of IN and Jane (Petrillo) Patterson of Sandwich. She lived in Wareham for many years before recently moving to Middleboro. Tonianne worked hard her entire life.

She is survived by her children, Raschele, Jadyn, Anjelia, Keeli, Kaleb, Makalyn, Avianna, Kadynce, Lilyana and Madisyn; four grandchildren; her parents, Tony Patterson of IN and Jane Patterson of Sandwich; her siblings, Tony Patterson, Scott Patterson, Jimmy Patterson and James Patterson. She was predeceased by her daughter Braelynn Patterson. Tonianne was also the mother of Xavier Hernandez who recently died on January 3, 2022.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Fri., Jan. 14, 2022, at Chapman Funerals & Cremations, 2599 Cranberry Hwy. (Rt. 28), Wareham from 4 – 7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Sat., Jan. 15, 2022, at St. Patrick’s Church, High St., Wareham at 10 AM. Interment will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Wareham.
