Summer of Love concert series continues

Wareham residents looking to boogie their summer away can enjoy concerts presented by the Onset Bay Association every Wednesday from June 26 to August 28.
Showtime runs from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for each concert at the Bandshell in Onset, 1 Union Avenue. In case of rain, the concerts will be held at the Onset VFW outdoor pavilion at 4 Gibbs Ball Park Road.
The concerts are free and are supported by donations and sponsorships from local businesses, with additional donations are gratefully accepted.
The concerts are kid friendly, and leashed, well-behaved dogs are also welcome (as long as they are not on a retractable leash).
Free parking is available everywhere after 6 p.m. except at the town pier. Free parking is available at all times at Hynes Field by Chuck’s Auto.
Food and merchandise vendors can register on the Onset Bay Association’s website. Advertising support provided by grants from the Wareham Community Events Committee.
