Reset with Marion Institute 21-day program, wellness event
The Marion Institute announced its third annual “21-Day Reset,” a “guided, stress-free program” beginning in January, the organization said.
The reset runs Jan. 11 to 31. The program is “designed to introduce impactful wellness habits that align with ‘Natural Laws to Live By,’ according to a press release.
Participants in the program will receive an email per day containing small lifestyle shifts that can make a difference in overall well-being. Emails will highlight a different natural health practice, such as hydrotherapy, healthy sleep habits, grounding, movement and essential fatty acids.
The emails will also include “actionable tips, resources, and inspiration to help you incorporate these simple, powerful habits into your routine,” the release said.
Then, as the 21-Day Reset comes to a close, participants are invited to an in-person wellness event Saturday, Feb. 1 from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at the Onset Bay Center.
The event is a “serene and rejuvenating 90-minute event designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit,” the release said.
It will include gentle yoga, mindfulness meditation, chakra healing, sound healing and guided intention-setting. No prior experience is required.
The cost is $35 per person. Anyone can attend the in-person wellness event.
