SEALED PROPOSALS for two current production model outboard Motors, steering, controls, components with installation shall be received at the offices of the TOWN ADMINISTRATOR, Memorial Town Hall, 54 Marion Road, Wareham, MA 02571, until 12:00 PM, on Thursday, May 20, 2021. Proposals must be made in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Outboard Motor Replacement.”

The Wareham Planning Board will hold an online public meeting on May 10, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. to consider Petition #8-21 for a Modification of Special Permit/Site Plan Review from the requirements of the Wareham Zoning By-Laws, to Lowe’s Home Centers, LLC. c/o Solli Engineering of 351 Newbury Street, Boston, MA proposing to construct a 3,192± square-foot building addition that will be utilized for a tool and equipment rental space. The project also proposes 1,500± square-foot fenced outdoor storage area adjacent to the building and modifications to the existing parking area and utility infrastructure. The property is located at 763 Main Street, Wareham (Assessors Map 85, Lot 1002.A2) in the IND zoning district.

Notice of License Application Pursuant to M. G. L. Chapter 91 Waterways License Application Number W21-5966
Warren QOZB, LLC

NOTIFICATION DATE: April 30, 2021

Public notice is hereby given of the waterways application by Warren QOZB, LLC to construct and maintain a marina floating dock system with associated landings, ramps and piles at 59 Main Street, in the municipality of Wareham, in and over the waters of the Wareham River. The proposed project has been determined to be water-dependent.

The Department will consider all written comments on this Waterways application received within 30 days subsequent to the “Notification Date”. Failure of any aggrieved person or group of ten citizens or more, with at least five of the ten residents residing in the municipality(s) in which the license or permitted activity is located, to submit written comments to the Waterways Regulation Program by the Public Comments Deadline will result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing in accordance with 310 CMR 9.13(4)(c).
