July book sale at the library

The Friends of the Wareham Free Library will have a large variety of gently used books for all ages and in all genres available at the July Book Sale, which is the biggest sale of the year.

Members of the Friends of the Library can preview the sale from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, July 22. People can sign up to become a member at the door.

The sale will be open to everyone from 9 am. to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24, from 1 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, and from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, July 27.

The sale will not be open on Friday.

The book sale is held in the meeting room at the main library, 59 Marion Rd.

All proceeds support the work of the Friends.

The Friends accept donations of clean, gently used books during regular library hours.

Parents of children who are Wareham residents 4.5 years old and younger may sign the child up for the Imagination Library during the book sale.
