Joyce Patricia (Cratty) Brine, 72, of Carver MA, passed away on February 26. Joyce was born in Boston, MA to the late Paul and Shirley Cratty. Joyce grew up in South Weymouth and graduated from Weymouth High in 1968. Joyce is survived by her longtime companion and second love of her life Timothy Deckel of Carver. She was predeceased by her husband Frederick Brine. Joyce was also predeceased by her parents, and brothers Paul and Frederick Cratty.

Joyce was a cashier with Purity Supreme and Stop & Shop for over thirty years. She loved spending time with family and close friends. She loved Boston sports and playing Keno. She had a love for dogs. She missed her late Beagle Molly terribly. She and Tim had recently become "snowbirds" in Largo, Florida where she was able to spend more time with her daughter Tracey.

Joyce is survived by her daughter Tracey Geyer and son-in-law Jeffrey of Saint Petersburg FL; Her son Todd Brine and daughter-in-law Nicole of Buzzards Bay; her grandchildren Lily and Chase Brine; Her sister Jean Walsh and husband James of South Weymouth MA; Her brother-in-law Philip Brine and his wife Catherine of South Weymouth; Many nieces and nephews, 2 step granddaughters and a step great grandson and many close friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday April 29th at 11 am at the American Legion in Plymouth. Joyce will be buried on Monday May 1st at 10:15 am at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
