Join a virtual afternoon tea time with author Louise Hare to celebrate her book birthday.

This event was made available for residents by the Wareham Free Library and put together by the Ashland Public Library. It will take place Wednesday, Sept. 20 at 3 p.m.

Hare’s new book, "Harlem After Midnight,” was released on Tuesday, Aug. 29.

Those who love historical fiction, mysteries, and jazz music from the 1930s may be interested.

Hare will join the event from “across the pond” for a Q&A session.

Participants must pre-register for this Zoom event, which is made available through the Wareham library website.
