Guy Leonard Carbone

Guy Leonard Carbone died April 15th, 2026 surrounded by his loving family after a short illness at Tobey Hospital in Wareham. Guy was born April 05, 1945 in Wareham the son of the late Gerald E. Carbone and Helen (Teachman) Carbone Maynard. Guy was a 1963 graduate of Wareham High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served in Vietnam as a X-Ray Technician from 1967 to 1968 followed by service with the Massachusetts Air National Guard at Otis AFB. 

Guy is survived by his 4 children, Maria Carbone of Turner, Maine, Lenny Carbone and his wife Alane, Karl Carbone and his wife Mary, and Angela Carbone all of West Wareham. He also leaves behind 7 grandchildren David Marden Jr., Brittany Ashley, Gabe Carbone, MaKayla Carbone, Karl Carbone Jr, Alex Whiffen, Madison Wiffen and 7 great grandchildren David III, Cateley, Lincoln, Journee, Charlotte, Hendrix and Beatrix.  He is also survived by his siblings, Evelyn Hickey of Buzzards Bay, Carol Valle, Kay Cattabriga and her husband Wayne,  Raymond Carbone and his wife Connie, Ruth Marvel and her husband Ray, and William Maynard and his wife Martha all of Wareham and John Maynard and his wife Donette of New Portland, Maine. He is also survived by his former wife Bonnie Carbone- Cutillo of West Wareham.  He was predeceased by his Step-Father William G. Maynard, two older brothers Gerald and Ralph Carbone, and two brother-in-laws John Hickey and John Valle. www.warehamvillagefuneralhome.com
