Hundreds of people packed the beach and pier in Onset on Sunday night to enjoy a spectacular fireworks show following an afternoon of live music, shopping, and food from vendors and Onset restaurants.

Vendors sold light-up toys that illuminated the beach long before the fireworks, and people snacked on fried dough, pizza, and cotton candy as they waited for the sky to get dark. 

When the show began at about 9 p.m., kids shrieked with delight and adults exclaimed as the fireworks lit up the beach.
