Dump your old dehumidifier on Aug. 15

Wareham residents can get $30 for recycling their dehumidifiers this weekend.

The Sponsors of Mass Save will hold the Wareham Dehumidifier Turn-In Event this Saturday, Aug. 15 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Residents can bring their dehumidifiers to Wareham Municipal Maintenance at 95 Charge Pond Road to recycle their appliances for free. The dehumidifiers must be working. 

Those who recycle them are eligible to receive a $30 rebate from the Sponsors of Mass Save. You can either fill out a rebate form at the event, fill it out online beforehand or print it out and bring the completed form to the event.
