Deborah May (Bedard) Silvia, 67, of Wareham, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Deb was born in Taunton, Ma, on April 30, 1957, and was the daughter of Lois and the late Albert J. Bedard. She grew up in Raynham and graduated from Attleboro High School in 1975, later attending the Brockton Hospital School of Nursing and graduating in 1978.

Deb was a Registered Nurse and dedicated her life to welcoming new babies into the world as a labor and delivery/maternity nurse at Sturdy Memorial Hospital, Tobey Hospital and, most recently, St. Luke’s Hospital.

Deb is survived by her mother, Lois Bedard of Warren, RI; her son, Ryan Miller and wife Louise, of Onset, MA; her son Jonathan Miller and partner Ashley Lipps, of Wareham, MA; the grandchildren she adored, Joseph and Jamie Miller; her sister, Michelle Auclair and husband William, of Warren, RI; her brother David Alan Bedard and partner Debi Levesque, of Vero Beach, Florida; and her beloved dog, Teddy.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, for the care provided over the course of that last few years.
