Madison Doucette was the Wareham High School October student of the month and the recipient of the Scotty Monteiro Jr. Foundation Scotty Award.

The Scotty Monteiro Jr. Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing violence by promoting education, raising awareness, and offering alternatives. Its mission is to empower Wareham youth with the confidence and positive mindset needed to succeed.

Each month one Wareham High School student receives the award.
