Get ready for an evening of spooky stories, eerie songs and gooey s’mores at a Halloween bonfire.

On Thursday, Oct. 10, the Wareham Land Trust and the Wareham Free Library are lighting up the evening with comedian Jackson Gillman.

Gillman will tell Halloween stories and sing songs that all ages can enjoy.

S’mores ingredients will also be available for participants, but participants should bring their own chairs.

While the program is free, registration is requested. Participants can register on the Wareham Land Trust website.

The event begins at 6 p.m. at Whitlock’s Landing, located at 150 Glen Charlie Road in Wareham.

If it rains, the event will be held at the Wareham Free Library at 59 Marion Road.
