The Onset VFW at 4 Gibbs Ball Park Rd. will be hosting its sixth annual Christmas Dinner for seniors, veterans, and people in need from 2 to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 23.

Due to the pandemic, the dinner will be take-out or delivery only.

The VFW has also made donations to Wareham Health Care and will be adopting several families.

Those who attend will receive care packages and food.
