Grab your costumes and flex your muscles at the Gleason Family YMCA for their Halloween Deadlift and Bench press competition Sunday, Oct. 13 at 10 a.m.

The competition will be held at the Y located at 33 Charge Pond Road and is open to ages 12 and up.

There will be varying age classes and first place winners will receive a medal.
