Each month, the Middle School recognizes exceptional students.

Desman Andrade is the fifth grader of the month for March.

Desman’s teachers describe him as conscientious and hard-working, noting that he always comes to class and completes all his work.

“Desman is a great student! He always does his work and turns in assignments, even when he is ill,” said one teacher.

“Desman is always friendly to other students as well,” said another teacher. “He is a pleasure to have in the class.”

Teachers said that Desman’s work ethic is a sign of his maturity and accountability.

Jacob Pittsley is the seventh grade student of the month. 

“Jacob has grown so much since last year,” said one teacher. “On top of getting his school work done he is also one of the kindest students. He is always checking in on his classmates and trying to make new friends.”

Another teacher described Jacob as a kind and caring student who loves to race his friends on the track.

“Jacob is a cooperative and cheerful student,” said another teacher. “He always tries his best and has a good attitude. Jacob is the first on his feet when we do our daily exercises.”
