Persons interested in the estate are entitled to notice regarding the administration directly from the Personal Representative and may petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including the distribution of assets and expenses of administration.

Notice is hereby given that the Wareham Board of Health will hold a public hearing to discuss a possible revocation of the tobacco permit for the Seven Eleven located at 3106 Cranberry Highway.

The reason for the possible revocation of this Tobacco Permit is regarding multiple violations to the State and Town Regulations.

It is ordered: That a virtual public hearing be held on the Tobacco permit within the Board of Health Meeting at approximately 5:30 p.m. on the 19th of March, 2025. Meeting to be held in room 27 at 54 Marion Road, as well as via remote access.

Pursuant to 33 U.S.C. 1341 and M.G.L. c. 21 §43 and 33 U.S.C. 1341 M.G.L. c. 21 §§ 26 - 53, notice is given of a 401 Water Quality Certification application for the replacement of Bridge No. W-06-020 carrying Cranberry Highway (Route 28) over the Agawam River in Wareham by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation – Highway Division, 10 Park Plaza, Room 7360, Boston, MA 02116. The project includes the replacement of the existing spillway system at the Mill Pond dam with a new spillway located upstream combined with a single span steel beam bridge to carry Route 6. The project also plans to enhance aquatic connectivity with an upgraded fish ladder, and improve the accommodations of vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian users of the bridge. Information may be obtained from the Massachusetts Department of Transportation – Highway Division at the above address, Attention Courtney Walker or by emailing courtney.l.walker@dot.state.ma.us. Any group of ten persons, any aggrieved person, or any governmental body or private organization with a mandate to protect the environment who submits written comments within 21 days of this notice may appeal the Department’s Certification. Failure to submit written comments before the end of the public comment period may result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing.
