Notice is hereby given that Lucky Goat Brewing, LLC, 379 Main Street, Wareham, MA, Kendall Peabody, Manager has applied to the Board of Selectmen for a new Farmer Series Pouring Permit under the provisions of Chapter 138 of the Massachusetts General Laws for the year 2021.

One (1) floor approximately 2,289 square feet that contains two (2) bathrooms, one (1) entrance, two (2) exits, a taproom area, front patio, a brewing area, a walk-in cooler and an office. Pouring area will consist of the taproom and front patio.

Request for Proposals
for Public Social Services Funding
FY 2021 CDBG Application

The Town of Wareham seeks proposals and applications for Public Social Services funding to include in its FY 2021 CDBG Mini-Entitlement Plan grant application. The Town will select up to five (5) proposals for social service activities to include in its grant application to the MA Department of Housing and Community Development. The deadline for submitting proposals/applications is 4:00 p.m. on August 16, 2021. Interested parties/organizations may obtain the Request for Proposals (RFP) by contacting the Department of Planning and Community Development in person at 54 Marion Road, by telephone at 508-291-3100, ext. 3172, or by emailing jrebhan@cogincorp.com. The RFP is also available on the Town’s website at http://www.wareham.ma.us/bids-rfps.
