Celebrate the new year with the Wareham Land Trust as the group hosts a hike on the Red Brook Trail Network.

The hike will take place Wednesday, Jan. 1 from 1 to 3 p.m. and anyone interested should meet the land trust at the Lyman Reserve parking lot located at Head of the Bay Road and Red Brook Road on the Wareham-Plymouth border.

The hike will be about 1.8 miles of pine forest including a turtle nesting habitat and abandoned cranberry bogs.
