A Wareham woman was arrested three times in three days for charges including operating under the influence, disorderly conduct, and breaking and entering.

At about 1:30 a.m. on Monday, July 6, a Wareham Police Officer was blocking a portion of Cranberry Highway near the Cranberry Plaza, as a result of flooding in the area. While there he noticed a vehicle operating erratically at a high rate of speed. 

The officer then pulled over the driver, Brooke Burns-Hill, 29, of Wareham near the corner of Red Brook Road. According to police, Burns-Hill then became belligerent, and seemed to be impaired. 

She was arrested for operating under the influence, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, marked lanes violation, and speeding. 

About 24 hours later, on early Tuesday morning, a detective saw Burns-Hill and another woman parked in a vehicle with the passenger side door open on Onset Avenue near Minot Avenue. 

According to police, the two women became belligerent and berated the detective when he tried to figure out why they were parked there.

As a result, Burns-Hill, and Jerae Black, 30, of Wareham were arrested for disorderly conduct. Two other officers assisted with the arrests. 

Burns-Hill was arrested for a third time on Wednesday, July 8, also around 1 a.m.

Officers responded to an address in the Oakdale area for a disturbance.  While there, officers determined that a woman had been banging on windows and doors at a home. Police reported that she also illegally entered a vehicle that was parked in the driveway.

This time, Burns-Hill was arrested and charged with  disorderly conduct, trespassing, and breaking and entering for misdemeanor.
