The Town will hold its annual auction on Wednesday, July 24, at noon, with bidder registration beginning at 11:30 a.m.

A two-story single-family home in Onset, located at 47 Twelfth Street, will be up for sale. The home sits on about .4 acres in the village, and is less than a mile from Onset and Shell Point beaches. It has 1,033 square feet of living space, including three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a deck. The auction listing describes it as a “home improvement investment opportunity.”

There will be an open house from 11 to 11:30 a.m. on the day of the sale.

The other property up for auction is a .56 acre triangle-shaped land parcel located at 0 Charlotte Furnace Road, close to Rte. 495. It has frontage on Charlotte Furnace Road and is in front of cranberry bogs.
