Thomas H. Willis III, 71, passed unexpectedly June 25, 2019, at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.

He was born April 12, 1948 in Wareham. The son of Thomas H. Willis JR and Elsie T. (Haskins) Willis.

He worked for Asplundh Tree Co. for over 30 years. He loved the Red Sox, Patriots, his family and friends. His favorite pastimes were scratching Cashword tickets and playing Yahtzee.

He leaves behind his wife of 52 years, Elaine D. (Hetherington) Willis.

Son, Thomas Willis IV and his wife Angela. Daughter, Michelle Lamoureux and her husband Jamie. Daughter, Sherry Bessey and her husband Lucas. Daughter, Luanne Kumlin and her husband James. Son, Henry Willis and his wife Rebecca.

13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother Donald Willis, sister Jean Gould, grandson Noah Willis, and great grandson Gabriel Rounds.

A private service will be held for family and friends.
