To the Editor:

The employees of the Wareham Stop & Shop want to express our heartfelt and deepest thank you for the phenomenal support that our customers showed us while we were on strike.

We were totally overwhelmed with the generosity of so many. The boxes of coffee, pizzas, sandwiches, drinks, soups, snacks, and so much more. The gift cards, from an unknown community support, for strikers to help with gas.

We cannot express in words how much you support meant to each and every one of us as we stood outside the doors, in all kinds of weather.

We are all so proud to say we live and work in this community.
