The Gleason Family YMCA will receive the donations from the Wareham Stop & Shop’s Bloomin’ 4 Good program during the month of February.

For every $10.99 Bloomin’ 4 Good bouquet sold at the store, $1 will be donated to the Y. The Y hosts community markets and other food programs. The Southcoast YMCA locations distributed one million pounds of food in 2021.

“Flowers can make someone’s day, brighten a room, or spread a smile,” said Debbie Fringuelli, Senior Executive Director of Gleason Family YMCA. “Now they can fight hunger too. Purchase a Bloomin’s 4 Good Bouquet at East Wareham’s Stop & Shop this upcoming February to help the Y fight hunger. Every bouquet sold will feed 10+ people in need.”
