Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 5 of the State Zoning Act, MGL c.40A, that the Wareham Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 6:00pm to discuss the following proposed amendments to the Wareham Zoning By-Laws:

TOWN MEETING ARTICLES TO AMEND TOWN OF WAREHAM ZONING BY-LAWS

Adding a new Hospitality, Recreation and Entertainment District to allow certain large-scale commercial development north of Rt 495/25.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The WAREHAM SCHOOL COMMITTEE will conduct A PUBLIC HEARING on the 2021-2022 Preliminary Budget of the Wareham Public Schools on Thursday December 3, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in accordance with Chapter 71, Section 38N of the General Laws of Massachusetts.

This open meeting of the Wareham School Committee is being conducted remotely, consistent with Governor Baker’s Executive Order of March 12, 2020, and the current State of Emergency in the Commonwealth due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus. Members of the public can access the meeting via live television on Wareham Community Television (Channel 28 Verizon & Channel 97 Comcast) or live stream at http://www.warehamtv.org/education-stream/.
