HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-SD2, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in Wareham, numbered 25 Windsor Drive, given by Peter Lydon and Patricia Lydon to The First National Bank of Boston D/B/A BancBoston Mortgage Corporation, dated July 31, 1996, and recorded in Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 14550, Page 174, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant’s/Defendants’ Servicemembers status.

If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. If you object to a foreclosure of the above-mentioned property on that basis, then you or your attorney must file a written appearance and answer in this court at Three Pemberton Square, Boston, MA 02108 on or before 6/14/2021 or you may lose the opportunity to challenge the foreclosure on the ground of noncompliance with the Act.

by Onset Fire District Prudential Committee
240 Onset Avenue, Onset MA

The Onset Fire District Prudential Committee (OFDPC), acting on behalf of the Onset Fire District, is offering for sale a building and property located at 240 Onset Avenue, Onset, Massachusetts (detailed within the Request for Proposal - RFP). The Plymouth County Administrator, on behalf of the OFDPC, will receive sealed proposals for the sale of said building and parcel of land as described in the RFP. The RFP packets will be available on May 14, 2021 at noon and be emailed to you by requesting the RFP from Frank Basler, the County Administrator, at FBasler@PlymouthCountyMA.gov or requesting the RFP in person at the Commissioners’ Office at 44 Obery Street, Plymouth, MA.

All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and be delivered to the address above no later than 11:00 A.M. on June 25, 2021.

All interested parties may attend a voluntary building walk through on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 11:00 AM at 240 Onset Avenue, Onset. All proposals require a deposit in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to the Onset Fire District in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the proposed sale price. The proposal offering the highest price with evidence of the proposer’s ability to pay will be awarded the property.

The OFDPC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals that do not meet the requirements set forth in the RFP or are not in the best interests of the District, such determination to be made in the sole discretion of the OFDPC.
